LEE ARMORY MANUFACTURED FIREARMS WARRANTY INFORMATION
Lee Armory warrants to the original consumer purchaser, this custom FIREARM(S), purchased in the US. If used in accordance with instructions, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as he or she owns the product. Limited Lifetime warranty is valid for production related failures and does not cover fair wear and tear, or routine maintenance. Moreover, LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover FIREARMS that are improperly used, abused, damage caused by faulty ammunition, altered by customer, altered by any other company other than Lee Armory including repairs or “upgrades” “garage smithing” “material removal of core rifle components”. Furthermore, Lee Armory LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, modifications or alteration, or acts of nature, such as floods and tornadoes or acts of God.
Lee Armory will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during shipping. Gunsmithing on Lee Armory products by unauthorized third parties voids any warranties. If Lee Armory determines the repair is not covered under the warranty guidelines, there could be a charge to the consumer for the repair. Lee Armory’s determination regarding warranty coverage is final.

WARRANTY AT FAULT
Customer negligence or customer issues related to inexperience (ex. Failure to sight in Rifle) will be charged labor and shipping fees.
Customer must register products within 90 days of purchase in addition to providing the original receipt or invoice.
